Lesson times

Please ensure you arrive on time for your lessons, as late arrivals will result in shortened lesson times. While reminders may be sent via SMS, WhatsApp or email, it remains your responsibility to remember your lesson times.

Your lesson appointment is specifically reserved for you, which ensures consistency and helps students integrate their music lessons smoothly into their weekly routines. Even if you are unable to attend, you are still responsible for the full monthly lesson fees.

Missed lessons

Lessons will only be rescheduled if 24 hour’s notice is provided and if possible. No refunds or credit will be given should a student miss a lesson.

If Keyz Music cancels a lesson, it will be rescheduled at our discretion and when possible.

Public- and school holidays

Lessons continue during school holidays. There are no lessons on public holidays. As lesson fees are calculated annually, missed lessons due to public holidays will not be rescheduled or made up.
